Store your jewellery in a clean, dry place.

Avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, or hairspray.

To clean, gently wipe with a soft, damp cloth.

Do not bend or apply strong pressure to your earrings – polymer clay is lightweight but still delicate.

Are your earrings suitable for sensitive ears?
Yes! All earrings are made with hypoallergenic, nickel-free posts. I have very sensitive ears myself and wear my own creations comfortably.

Are the earrings heavy?
Not at all – polymer clay is incredibly lightweight. Many customers say they forget they’re even wearing them!

Do you accept custom orders?
Sometimes, yes. If you have a colour scheme or idea in mind, drop me a message and I’ll let you know what’s possible.

Do you ship outside the UK?
Currently I ship within the UK, but I’m working on expanding shipping options.

What if my jewellery arrives damaged?
I take great care with packaging, but if something happens in transit, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and I’ll do my best to resolve it.
